UpLifting EFT offers a comprehensive training program on Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping, a somatic technique that helps clients reduce negative symptoms and increase positive outcomes. The program is suitable for medical professionals from various fields who want to add EFT to their practice. The program is founded by Diana Sturm, a licensed professional counselor and certified EFT trainer. All trainings are conducted on Zoom.
One of the unique features of the program is the practicums and group exercises, which provide participants with the opportunity to experience their own emotional release and learn from the client’s perspective. This approach ensures that participants are equipped to use EFT skills with their clients after completing the training.
To register for the program, participants need to join the email list and provide proof of their license, state or province of license, or a personal NPI number. Please note that this program is only available to licensed professionals.

Workshop Sizes
At this time, class sizes will be limited to 24 students per class. The small class size enables us to serve students better. Once a class has filled, you will not be able to register for the class. You can be put on a waiting list for a class in case a student is unable to attend and must cancel. To be put on a waiting list, contact diana@upliftingeft.com or when trying to register, you can ask to be put on a waiting list.
Workshop Cost
The 2-day live workshop on Zoom includes two full days of live instruction. This is an interactive class where you must participate in the exercises and practicums to receive the CEs. All workshop hours reflect Central Standard Time (Chicago).
Cost: $447. Registration for each class closes at least 7 days prior to class start date. Closing dates are provided on the registration form.
Continuing Education hours
Continuing education hours may be available for your profession. Please contact your state licensing board for CE requirements for your license or check here. Please research CE requirements before purchasing. Evaluations and certificates will be available shortly after the course has been completed by the student.
Continuing Education credits (CEs) have been approved for:
CRCC, Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling Certification for rehabilitation therapists and LPCs/ALCs in Alabama. CRCC works closely with the ARCA, American Rehabilitation Counseling Association, a division of the American Counseling Association to provide approved classes for continuing education. CRCC is an approved provider by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling for LPCs and ALCs and may also be approved by other states. There is no additional cost for CRCC CEs. R. Cassidy also provides 14 CE hours for this workshop beginning with the April 28 & 29, 2023 class. They have a large list of professions which can obtain CEs. The cost of the CEs for R. Cancellation Policy
Students: By registering for this training, you are stating that you agree to the following cancellation policy:
If I cannot make it to the training I have registered for, I can transfer to a different date up to 48 hours before the start of a class offered by Diana Sturm, LPC up to 2 times without penalty. If I do not attend the class, I am forfeiting any refund and will have only one opportunity to transfer to a later date. Refund requests must be made at least two weeks before the start of the training, or only a portion of the tuition will be reimbursed. All refund requests will incur an administrative fee of $50. Instructor: A minimum number of students is required to hold each class. You will be notified several days before a class if the minimum number of students was not reached and you will be given the opportunity to either reschedule the class or be given a full refund.
On occasion, weather events causing power and internet outages may occur so the workshop cannot be presented. The instructor lives in an area which experiences hurricanes. The instructor will make every effort to present the workshop on the dates indicated. In those rare cases where the workshop must be cancelled at the last minute, the instructor will offer the students alternative times to complete the workshop or to receive a refund.
